Educational communities

In partnership with Education for Life, we are piloting a coaching process for educational communities (schools and municipalities) to engage in clarifying partnerships between professionals, parents and pupils. The process addresses underlying tensions and conflicts and equips educational communities with tools and practices needed to enable systemic decision-making where all voices are heard and involved.
