By creating a dialogue between children and politicians, the L4WB Foundation cultivates a culture of children’s participation in European policy-making. For Children’s Day 2015, children from eight European countries went to the European Parliament in Brussels to participate in decision-making. Children were informed on how money is spent in order to participate in decision-making.
How can we take children’s participation to the next level in the European Parliament? By working together to determine how the European Parliament can generate the culture change we need so that children are equal voices.
The L4WB Foundation will continue to collaborate with Eurochild in this program to support a shift in children’s participation in European Institutions.
