Introduction to Inner Diversity: Nurturing Individual Differences in Learning and Communicating

People learn differently from a very young age, showing unique ways of learning, communicating, and interacting. Teachers, caregivers, and parents recognise this but often struggle to address each child’s uniqueness and the diversity within groups. This presentation aims to introduce the concept of inner diversity by raising awareness of different learning processes, providing objective language to describe these differences, and identifying methods to meet children’s individual and group learning needs.
