ACT2gether Netherlands is looking for new members to join their Youth Team

ACT2gether Netherlands is looking for – Dutch speaking – young people (aged 16 to 23) based in the Netherlands to join their Youth Team. The ACT2gether Netherlands Youth Team is actively involved in most of the ACT2gether activities and will play an important role in organising a 3-day event from April 14-16, 2023, where children and adults will gather to work and reflect on different topics.

The Instagram account of ACT2gether Germany is called Fair Future. But why?

The YET, Youth Expert Team, manages this account and focuses on discussing social issues that affect young people and the effect of social disadvantage on young people. A Fair Future is what they aim to achieve, and pursuing that goal is what they use their Instagram channel for.

On this account, they talk about social disadvantages based on facts, studies, and personal experiences. They try not only to point out problems but also to find solutions. Some team members have experienced some of the problems themselves; in other cases, they want to get involved in finding equal opportunities for everyone. They recognise they will live in a world of tomorrow, but they aim to change it now!

The central question they pose is: what can we change, and how can we all contribute to ensuring that the future is associated with more equal opportunities? They want to find out with you! Follow Fair Future on Instagram!
