Nurturing Well-being: Act2gether Palestine empowers all ages through trainings in schools

The Learning for Well-being Foundation, through its Act2gether programme in Palestine, is dedicated to enhancing the overall well-being of individuals of all ages through a comprehensive and holistic approach.

From April onwards, 50 mothers and 120 students, aged 6 to 11, from Al Zaytona School, along with 35 mothers and teachers from the Islamic Society School, were trained in communication skills and effective stress management strategies. The programme was built by applying core capacities such as listening, observing, reflecting, and relaxing, and was carefully tailored to suit the diverse age groups involved, resulting in engaging and enjoyable experiences for all.

By working hand-in-hand with local schools and providing individuals with tools to nurture their well-being, Act2gether Palestine aims to make an impact in the community and foster a culture of holistic growth and development.
