Supporting Educators to Recognise and Nurture Human Potential

A new international programme for those working with young people

How can we better support the people who accompany young people through one of the most complex and creative stages of life?

This question is at the heart of Talent Without Borders—a new international training programme for professionals working with teenagers, developed by Fondazione CRC and Rondò dei Talenti in collaboration with the Learning for Well-being Foundation.

The initiative invites educators to pause and reconnect — not only with their students, but also with themselves. It offers a space for reflection, self-awareness and practical tools that can help bring out the unique potential of every young person, especially in intercultural and rapidly changing contexts.

At the Learning for Well-being Foundation, we contributed to the design of the programme through our experience with human-centred approaches and reflection-based learning. Talent Without Borders is part of our Inner Diversity programme area, which focuses on how recognising one’s inner experience can lead to more inclusive and meaningful relationships with others.

What the programme offers

The training combines online preparation, residential immersion, and ongoing coaching, with a strong emphasis on real-world application and personal growth. Educators from across Europe will come together to:

  • Reflect on their own talents and challenges
  • Exchange experiences and practices with peers
  • Explore new ways of recognising and supporting talent in diverse learning settings
  • Strengthen emotional awareness, resilience, and inclusive communication

A first step

In April 2025, a call was launched for professionals working with young people aged 14 to 19, including teachers, youth workers, psychologists and non-formal educators. Over the following months, selected participants began their journey through a mix of virtual and in-person sessions, culminating in a four-day gathering in Cuneo, Italy in July 2025. Coaching and peer learning continue into the autumn.

By investing in those who care for and guide young people, Talent Without Borders creates the conditions for deeper human connection in education, and in life.
