From the 16th to the 18th of September, the intergenerational Board of the Learning for Well-being Foundation held a 2 day Strategy Board meeting to have deeper discussions on the  direction of the Foundation and envision its future.

Our Chair and Founder, General Manager, Directors, Board Members, members of the team and a few key allies gathered in person in Berkenrode, The Netherlands, to assess the running projects and plan the organisation’s next steps.

It was a productive and fulfilling gathering. The intergenerational nature of the Board allows working on our projects from different perspectives. All members have equal voting rights and responsibilities regardless of age, and open dialogue is an essential source of inspiration when discussing new ideas.

Within these meetings, it is essential to look back and review the past months and the activities that took place and appreciate the achievements. Still, it is even more important to look forward and define the next steps of the Learning for Well-being Foundation. New projects are being developed, and many others are moving to a second stage; the Foundation is evolving. We continue growing and celebrating achievements thanks to the board members’ support and guidance.
